Shipping Policy

1. ARRIVAL TIME

After you (the buyer) placing the order and we process the charges, orders will be processed within 1-2 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Due to the COVID-19, it could be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, usually, it takes 3-7 workdays to arrive. But if some products are out of stock, we need to take action and it would take 5-10 workdays to arrive.

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Please note rush shipping is not available because we must ship via ground.

 

2. TRACKING INFO

 If you have ticked and chosen to receive the email about tracking info, we will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at support@yoma-lab.com

 

3. DAMAGE

 Please check out the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@yoma-lab.com and after-sale customer service will help.

 

4. SUPPORT AREA

 We ship only in the USA, except Hawaii State, Indiana, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

The areas in the Military base are not supported, such as the places around APO (Army Post Office) /FPO (Fleet Post Office).
